We offer counselling to anyone of any faith or of no faith. Our counselling is not spiritual direction or prayer ministry or an 'advice giving service'.  We are here to listen to our clients and bring some insight from a more objective perspective. We aim to help our clients to become more confident and equip them to tackle the issues they are facing. We see this as a journey which client and counsellor embark upon together.

We offer both face to face and online sessions.

We see counselling as part of the churches' healing ministry and a 'talking therapy'.

What is Counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy where someone can explore difficult issues in their life in a safe and confidential environment with a trained counsellor.

How Does Counselling help?

The counsellor can help the client look at life issues from different perspectives in a non judgemental and safe environment. It can help the client discover their hidden potential and find ways forward for a fuller and more satisfying life.

What happens in the first session?

The first session starts with an introduction, who we are and what we do. There is an assessment form to complete which sets the format for the counselling sessions, the issues to explore and sets a goal for the sessions.
